SIZING & CUSTOM

  • I bought the wrong size! Do you resize rings?
    Ring resizing may be considered on a case-by-case basis, as some designs cannot be resized, especially those with stones that may be prone to cracking during the process.
    If your ring can be resized, there is a SGD$50 resizing fee, plus shipping costs both ways, which will be borne by you. Please get in touch before sending anything back!

  • Do you make custom pieces?
    Yes! Please see Customs for more details.

  • Can you do engraving details / recycle metal from an existing piece / use my gemstones?
    At the moment, I’m unable to offer these services! Each piece is made using the materials I have available in the studio, and I am not trained in engraving. Thank you for understanding~

  • Where do you ship to and how much does it cost?
    I charge a flat shipping rate by region.

  • What is Ready to Ship vs Made to Order?
    Ready to Ship pieces are already made and will be shipped out within 1-3 days, unless stated otherwise. 
    Made to Order pieces are created specifically for you after I receive your order, and usually takes around 2 weeks before dispatch, unless stated otherwise.
  • How can I track my order? How long does shipping take?
    Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking code via email. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout when you place your order.
  • Are there any additional taxes or duties?
    International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees or local taxes, depending on your country. These are not included in your order and are the buyer’s responsibility. I recommend checking your local customs requirements before ordering.

RETURNS

  • Can I return my piece?
    Yes, you may return your pieces within 7 days of receiving them for store credit. The item must be unworn and returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Please let me know before sending anything back. Store credit will be processed after I receive the piece.
    Custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • What if my piece arrives damaged?
    Please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving your order, with photographs of the piece and its packaging. I’ll look into it and work out the next steps with you.
